The material is on the label
Every piece says what it actually is: the gauge of the iron, the grade of the steel, the species of the wood. If a material only holds up for a year we do not stock it, and the description says so, not the small print.
Parts, not replacements
Handles, gaskets, seals and boards sold on their own, years after the pan was bought. A perished gasket should mean a two-dollar ring rather than a new pot, and we keep the rings.

Each order ships with the single page that keeps the piece alive: how to season it, what not to store it against, and how to bring it back after it has been neglected for a season.
